The reverse side provides promotional text, time tables, one panel shows the interior of a Horton Palace reclining chair car, lands for the home seeker, etc. Promotes 100,000 acres of choice farming land in the Spring River Vallet of southeastern Kansas. Partial red stamp of a land agent on the upper portion of the front panel and a small chip to the bottom edge of the rear panel, else very good.
