Extensive listing of all the Wyoming Motor Courts in 1953 with their number of units, number of units with cooking or kitchen facilities and minimum and maximum rates per day. Of particular interest is the full color map (9 x 12 inches) by Thomas Graham Carrigen titled PAINT BRUSH MAP OF WYOMING. The map was first issued in 1938 and this revision includes Yellowstone National Park, Grand Tetons National Park, Devil's Tower, humorous Native American and white settlers, cowboys and tourist abounding throughout the map. Carrington was a photographer, artist, and salesman originally from Chicago, and later New Mexico and Colorado, before becoming a draftsman in Casper, WY setting up a photograph studio with his wife Eva.
