Tuscon became the junction point for Southern Pacific's new system down the west coast of Mexico via the Nogales gateway, bringing it into international prominence as a distributing center of mining supplies for Mexico. Also described bank deposits, mineral industry, the University, agriculture, cattle, et. al. Black and white map shows several railroad lines such as the Southern Pacific, the Union Pacific, the Oregon Short Line, the Oregon-Washington R.R. & Nav. Co., and the Sunset Route. Light soiling to a few pages and to rear wrapper else a good copy.
