Publication: Press of Hudson & Son, n d (ca 1901), Birmingham
5" x 8" printed wrappers, 4 pp. An interesting piece of advertising as the pamphlet extolls Mr. Beasley's miracle treatment for stammerers both young and old and describes the advantages of the only school of its kind for teaching and treating people with speech impediment. Apparently, at that time stammering was an automatic deterrent to any and all Government Appointments including the Army, Navy, and Civil Service duties. The way to overcome the hurdle known as stammering was to attend a "Speech Day" held at Beasley's Brampton Park offices. Fine copy.
