Original drawings by Nick Eggenhofer. Written in pencil in Jeff's hand is "1st in wraps $10." Known at various times as "The Texas Kid," "The Montana Kid," "Buckskin," and "Kid," Thomas Edgar Crawford teamed up with a variety of notorious characters. These are his recollections from 1881 to 1910, dictated when he was in his seventies. Much new information is revealed about the activities of outlaw gangs of his time, about Jackson Hole and Hole in the Wall outlaws.
