Very good, fresh copy with two small chips to lower corner of rear cover in the original dust jacket with a partial split to front flap fold area, light wear to the spine ends, and two small chips to the lower corner of the rear cover. This is a beautiful object and rare in any kind of dust jacket. Max Brand found instant fame and a big payday by fusing the Western novel with the mystery, so "The Untamed" was quickly filmed in 1910 with Tom Mix in the starring role. Housed in an attractive clamshell case with dust jacket front cover pictured on the front cover panel and titles stamped in white on the spine
