38" x 49" color lithographed map, the legend indicating railroads, terminals and yards, waterfront terminals, Railroad passenger stations, free lighterage limits for import - export, car load and L.C.L. delivery, interchange points, float bridges, and indicates Hudson and Manhattan tubes, city, county, state boundaries, highways, ferries; depicts the New Jersey coast and much inland, Staten Island, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn, north into Westchester. Some edge wear and chipping in the margins, one corner of the map chipped away with a little loss, date and publishing information are just visible, old fold lines, small archival tissue repair on back along and old fold line split, else the map is colorful and bright and in overall very good condition. An interesting transportation, maritime trade and business New York Railroad Terminal Harbor map.
