King is developing Rose Hill, a 200 acre tract in South Jackson County, Missouri, with homes ranging in price from $8,000 to $17,500. Also a development named Rose Hill, a restricted community with frontage on Highway 71, Bannister Road, and Grandview Road, and Hickman's Orchards, Tiny Acres with home priced at $5,500 with the development fronting on Highway 71, just south of Hickman Hills. Then there is Grandview Acres on Highway 71, High Grove Road, just east of Grandview, and homes priced at $4,300 to $5,500. King's also provides the 101 points of standard construction that makes his homes a better value than those of his competitors. A. J. King was quite a promoter as well.
