Chinese millionaire, Lucky Lu, converted a dilapidated American ship into a floating university - complete with mandatory lectures by distinguished academics on the dangers of communism. Soon after the "university" set sail, it literally went up in smoke! Charlie Muffin is called in to find some loophole in what looked like a case of liability for 8 million dollars. Two arsonists who Lucky Lu claims are puppets in a communist attack on his stronghold of freedom are arrested and then drop dead of asphyxiation right before Charlie's eyes!
