Fine, bright copy in dust jacket with a few small nicks to the spine ends and top edge of front cover panel and corner with a small closed tear to the top edge of the front cover. The Reverend Basil Outram lay dead, apparently from an accidental poisoning. The local Chief Constable contacted Scotland Yard for Inspector MacAlastair, a one-time Presbyterian minister and now with an excellent reputation as a sleuth. Is Rev Outram's death accidental or perhaps something else?
