First edition, second issue. 8vo. First edition, first issue was published without illustrations, in August of the same year (1922) illustrations were added. Original red cloth, titles stamped in gilt on the front cover and spine, xiv [4], 353 pp., preface, frontispiece, nine plates. Six Score 92 says, "A second issue of this book, printed in August of 1922, had ten illustrations." Offsetting to the front and rear endpapers, light wear to the spine ends and corners in dust jacket with wear to the spine ends, corners and extremities and with the lower third of the rear cover panel missing. Overall a very good copy.
