Book is illustrated from original photographs with articles by eleven different contributors. A wonderful photograph of the real Deadwood Stage Coach on its daily run to Spearfish. The photographs are graphic in detail and provide an excellent insight to long ago South Dakota. The numerous articles provide much information about the mines, mining towns, resources, railways, agricultural resources, ranching, etc. Corners lightly bumped else a near fine, tight, clean copy of a scarce item. Not in Adams' Herd, Decker, Eberstadt, Graff, or Howes.
