It also serves as a shrine to Captain William O. "Buckey" O'Neill. Created by Solon Borglum, the monument is an equestrian sculpture of Buckey O’Neill astride a rearing horse. It stands at Courthouse Plaza in Prescott, Arizona. As new, unread copy.
