Black and white illustrations include The New Davenport Hotel, Lake Coeur d'Alene, golfing, fishing, Liberty Lake, et. al. Much information pertaining to Spokane and how it grew once the Northern Pacific reached it in 1881. Describes the Spokane Falls and river, parks, hotels and lakes et. al. Light wear to spine, previous owner's name neatly written in ink on title page along with his city and state, 1/4" closed tear to one page, 6 pages appear to have been stuck together at the top and carefully pulled apart, else a nice copy of an informative booklet.
