This silver bracelet, on which is mounted the turquoise setting, is described as having a carinated shape; related to the shape of the keel of a ship. It is a highly polished brilliant silver. The ends of the bracelet are flattened and widened from the shape of the remainder of the form. A rounded triangular-shaped gorgeous turquoise gemstone, mounted in a polished silver bezel, is the highlight of the bracelet. The turquoise is enhanced with silver balls and a silver triangle. Hallmarks and signature of Orville Tsinnie, Diné of the Navajo Nation Silversmith The bracelet is stamped on the inside as follows: Orville Tsinnie Shiprock N.M. Shiprock logo, initial M and STERLING. The master craftsman of the bracelet is Orville Tsinnie, a silversmith of the Navajo Nation, who has been actively making jewelry since 1973. He was born in 1950, and rapidly became an award-winning jeweler. Orville passed away in 2017. He had an amazing and rewarding 40 years of creating magnificent jewelry. His awards and accolades are far too many to list here but one of significance which cannot be ignored is the "Lifetime Achievement Award from the Indian Arts and Crafts Association."
