Extremely rare today done in an edition of less than 50 copies. An excellent account of the development of the first ranch of the Southern Hills, particularly the Falls River Country, the 1874 Custer Expedition, outlaws, the Keystone Land and Cattle Company country, etc. A cattle and Custer rarity. Light wear to head of spine and corners, small library numbers to lower portion of spine, stamped library number on dedication page and a few light pencil notations, small residue from a label removal from lower front pastedown sheet and light residue from a label removal from the rear pastedown sheet, else a clean, tight, solid very good copy of a cattle and Custer rarity.
