Graff 1735 says "A slightly extended edition of Statistics of the West, At The Close of the Year 1836."Tan cloth with patterned decorations on covers and spine, titles stamped in gold gilt on the spine, xxiii [blank], 13-304 pp., preface. An extended edition of the work originally published as "Staistics of the West" in 1836. Mainly covers Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Illinois, with an alphabetical section on steamboats and a list of steamboats explosions to 1837, and river commerce. Foxing to front and rear endpapers and to a few internal pages, else a very good copy.
