9" x 16" folded to 4 panels each 9" x 4." Black and white illustrations. 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" small inset map entitled "World Famous North Shore Drive Duluth To Port Arthur." Two panels are an aerial view of the Lutsen Resort. Two panels describe the Lutsen Resort Hotel along with a photograph of a gentleman smoking a pipe and admiring the fish he has just caught. The other four panels describe the resort, the area, the North Shore Drive, the climate, deep sea fishing in Lake Superior and an exhibit of mounted native animals and birds to include a large moose. Minor soiling to cover panels, else a nice, bright brochure.
