Large black & white photograph 21" x 18" image, 29" x 26" matted and framed landscape view of Hayden Valley between the lake and falls in Yellowstone National Park photographed by Frank Jay Haynes (1853-1921). Presents a landscape view that overlooks the Yellowstone River as it meanders its way through Hayden Valley. There are evergreen trees along the river's edge, most likely Pine trees, and there are hills in the background. The scene is captioned along the bottom portion of the mat and the photograph is stamped along the bottom "F. Jay Haynes, Fargo, D. T." and "No. 3123 - Yellowstone Valley Btw Lake & Fall." Nice contrasts, attractively framed and in fine condition.
