Three 14" x 8 1/2" handwritten pages authorizing the Wichita Land & Cattle Company to lease land located in Archer County, Texas, for a period of three years beginning from April 4, 1884, for the sum of $64.00 payable in advance each year and for payment of the annual taxes on the land to lease. The purpose of leasing the land is for livestock grazing. The documents are signed and sealed by S. W. Hart, who drew up the lease, S. Abercrombie, Notary Public, Archer County, and W. W. Druen, Clerk County Court, Archer County. Quite legible with four light horizontal fold creases, else very good copies.
