Cover title is: The Life and Tragic Death of Jesse James. The Western Desperado. "The usual Jesse James material, though this one is better done than the majority. It is another collector's item."--Adams One-Fifty 82. SIXGUNS 1148 says "Rare"(1954). Some minor chipping to fore-edges of fragile wrappers and minor wear to spine ends. Tape repairs to the inside fore-edge of front wrapper. Some light soiling to upper and lower edges of front wrapper. Internally, exceptionally clean and tight. A very good copy of this rare Jesse James classic, printed shortly after his murder by Bob Ford. Protected in a custom folding-case portfolio.
