First Edition. Disbound. 27pp. 48th Congress, 2nd Session. Senate. Ex. Doc. No. 16. An important report addressing the current conditions and concerns about such, as it pertains to the frequent hostile behavior of the Cheyenne, their negative influence on the behavior of the Arapahos, and the potential need to disarm them. The majority of the report comes from their Agent who states in regard to the Cheyenne, "they are insolent, headstrong, domineering, and hard to restrain...They have never been whipped, and boast that they could wipe us out at any time". Very interesting and informative. Fine.
