Publication: Privately printed for The Christy Knife Company, nd (1900-1910s), NP
N.P.: Privately printed for The Christy Knife Company, n.d. (1900-1910s). Oblong 9 1/2" x 3 1/2" pictorial wrappers, n.p. (16 pp.), illustrated. Factory of the company on front cover, illustrations of various types of knives including patented bread knives, cake knives, small game and carving knives, paring knives, lemon slicing knives, table knives, Lone Star meat knives, household saws, pot and kettle scrapers, meat pounders, and with an extra printed insert advertising a knife sharpener or steel. The prices on the items range from 15 cents to a high price of $1.00. A hard-hitting catalogue because on many pages are the words "Beware of counterfeits with cast handles. They are worthless." With the introduction of the Lone Star Meat Knife to the line the following line is added, "Mine eye hath examined it in all its parts and find them perfect.- King John." Fore-edge lightly wrinkled and light wear to the spine, else very good.
