Bound in full leather, titles stamped in gilt on the front cover and spine, military decorations printed on blue paper on the front and rear endpapers, vi, 210 pp., introduction, author's preface, illustrated from drawings and photographs, portraits, maps, chapter end-notes, appendix, index, authors' biographical sketches. Information on the Coleman diary, Custer, the Little Big Horn, etc. Swinford # 33 says: "Coleman was on the hill with the Reno detachment and helped inter Custer and his comrades on Custer Hill." Fine, bright copy without dust jacket, as issued.
