First edition. 6 1/4" x 3 1/2" in stiff pictorial wrappers with and showing embossed illustration of hotel in white and with title and border in gilt. 16 pp. Illustrations throughout. First page offers a lovely color illustration showing 3 women and one man dining at a table in the hotel. Information about the hotel, its rooms, its amenities, places for tourists to visit, etc. At center are two color pictures ... one picture of the hotel's exterior and one of its interior. Throughout the booklet are black and white photos to include scene of the hotel, scenery, city parks, Utah's copper mines, The Old Mormon Trail, Cottonwood Canyon, etc. Text separated from covers along with light soiling to wrappers and light wear and rubbing to spine and extremities. Very good.
