8 1/4" x 9 1/2" sheet folded to 12 panels. 2" at edge of one side of sheet is a panoramic view of the hotel. Remaining panels offer a strip map of the hotel's location, a cover panel, an overview of the hotel, and reviews and opinions of guests. Photos of the exterior and interior of the hotel and also of Mr. Ruiz Galindo. Erased pencil from cover panel lightened some of the ink else very good.
