A number of Iona residents provide essays on pioneers, activities and events that were part of the development of the town. Iona remains an unincorporated community in Lyman County, South Dakota. Although not tracked by the Census Bureau, Iona does have a zip code. The town is named after a Native American term meaning "fire around." This pamphlet is a limited printing. Minor soiling to front cover, else a near fine copy.
