The objective for this presentation is to Obtain grants of monies to recreate a Fraser Memorial Studio, to restore and preserve the original model of "End Of The Trail" as a National Monument. Prepared by the staff of the National Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Center for the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees.

On the title page the 1968 date has the 8 crossed out a 9 penciled-in, several penciled additions, corrections and notations have been made throughout the latter portion of the text. Overall a near fine presentation copy that is limited to ten copies.
