First edition. 4to. Color pictorial wrappers, 21 pp., illustrated in color throughout, plant and offices depicted on inside front cover, sixteen pages devoted to all types of tents and camping gear. This is a well-illustrated catalogue displaying the Fulton Portable Bungalow tent, waterproof canvas tarpaulins for trucks and other purposes, wagon covers, and an entire line-up of camp tents. Also depicted are the play tents for children including the "Little Corporal" play tent, the Wigwam play tent, the Fulco Shower Pool with bright green waterproofed duck, as well as summer camp tents, circus tents, and Boy Scout and circus tents. The Fulton Cotton Spinning Co. was initially established in 1876 by Jacob Elsas (1842-1932) after purchasing the charter from H.I. Kimball and Clark Howell, develops the Cabbagetown mill town for workers, and even helps found Georgia Tech. No copies listed in Worldcat (a smaller 1937 version located at the University pf Wyoming. Laid-in are two mimeographed sheets, one a typed letter on Fulton Bag & Cotton Mills letterhead stationery promoting the Life-Preserver Cushions; the other a discount and corrections sheet for the current Catalog 40. A faint vertical, centerfold crease, front cover lightly soiled, light wear to the spine ends and corners, and centerfold sheet loosened from the two staples. Interior bright and clean, else a very good copy.
