Written by the Passenger Department of the Union Pacific Railroad to appeal to potential tourists to the West, the contents include twenty-five chapters of general information, plus specifics on places along the Union Pacific lines, such as Wyoming Vistas, Salt Lake City and Its Temple, Ogden Canon, Yellowstone National Park, Shoshone, the Columbia River, Crater Lake, Yosemite, the Big Trees, Lake Tahoe, and cities along the routes. Slightly cocked; the front and back covers show some color loss at corners and along edges; tear at lower right corner of the back cover; content pages are in very good+ condition with just a few pencil marks in the margins. A scarce item in very good condition.
