Page edges beginning to uniformly tan else a fine bright copy lacking the original plain kraft paper unprinted dust jacket in which the book was mailed to subscribers, and housed in a custom made clamshell case with the design of the book's front cover on the front panel, the book's rear cover design on the back panel, and the author's name, title, and publication date on the spine panel.
