An autographed edition of 500 copies signed by the author and by the Jeff Dykes who wrote the introduction.Two-tone cloth, decoration on the front cover and titles on the spine are in gold gilt, light blue endpapers, [10], 134 pp., double column, acknowledgments, introduction, appendices. Fine copy housed in a cloth slipcase. Together with JOHN M. CARROLL'S CUSTER IN PERIODICALS: CORRECTIONS AND ADDITIONS (SIX VOLUMES). Each of these volumes is privately printed by the author, bound in printed wrappers and stapled. They were published beginning in 1978 through 1982 inclusive. Each is bound in a different color and are in fine, unused condition. They are housed in a cloth slipcase with titles stamped in gold gilt on a red leather label and affixed to the spine.
