Publication: The Johnson-Tauton Military Press, 1971, London
Facsimile Reprint of 1886 original. Stiff printed Wrappers. #149 of a Numbered edition limited to 300 copies. 28pp. This rare work saw very little circulation in it's day. "As Bourke put it, the Resume was intended to be Crook's defense 'against the injustice of Lt-General Sheridan'; but Sheridan, not surprisingly, thought that its publication was not advisable and tried to obstruct its circulation." A reference to Crook's removal from command in Arizona, after an exchange of telegrams with Sheridan, and Sheridan's replacement of Crook with Miles. A fine copy. The Arthur H. Clark Company's "For Sale By" label at bottom of inner front wrapper.
