Black cloth, titles and illustrations stamped in gold gilt on the front cover and spine, colored maps on front and rear endpapers, frontispiece, xv [blank], 367 pp., "in the beginning," illustrated, maps and charts, notes, glossary of Mexican and other localisms of the Southwest. The popular and very readable book about lost mines and buried treasures of the Southwest, for the most part in Texas. Former owner's inked name on front free fly leaf, else very good copy in the elusive dust jacket with light wear to the spine ends and tiny nicks and tiny closed tears to the extremities. An nice copy of an entertaining book.
