Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett were frequent visitors to Puerto de Luna, but each had different reasons for their visits. Their paths crossed frequently, bur for Billy the Kid their final meeting on July 14, 1881, at Pete Maxwell's in Fort Sumner would prove fatal. As new, unread copy without dust jacket, as issued.
