First edition. 9 1/2" x 15" sheet,, folded to 9 1/2" x 7 1/2" with the front cover a beautiful, color view of the Banff Springs Hotel. The rear cover is a listing of 15 Canadian Pacific Hotels and their locations, plus 6 Canadian Pacific Lodges and their locations. The inside opens to a Selected Dinner Menu and the other page provides Diner Au Revoir for Wednesday, January 7, 1948. There is a mention of "Dinner, Empress of Canada, Tourist," at the bottom of this page, but our research can locate nothing to associate this with the company's steamship line service which was not operational in 1948. The menu has been vertically creased at the center, a small closed tear to the fore-edge of the front cover small corner crease to the bottom of the front and rear covers, back cover lightly soiled, and a group of passengers have signed their names and addresses in ink on the back cover. Overall a good copy of a Canadian Pacific Hotels dinner menu for the Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta, Canada.
