First edition. 22" x 17" one sheet, folds to 7 1/4" x 4 1/4." One side is a street map of Austin, Texas. The other side is an alphabetized street index. The folded brochure features aerial views of down town on the front and rear covers. University of Texas and State Capitol neatly circled in ink. wear to fold creases that have been repaired with archival tape, covers are moderately used, else a good+ copy. It’s hard to believe that Austin has charged so much; of course, this map was printed seventy-eight years ago.
