An annual review of the several iron mining areas of Michigan's Upper Peninsula that includes tonnage mined, future prospects for continued production, type of equipment used and needed, etc. Some reports on copper mining is also provided. The advertisements are of interest as they provide information on mining equipment, dealers in mineral lands, bankers and real estate brokers, rock drills, hoisting machinery, air compressors, explosive manufacturers, etc., and one for The Northwestern Hotel, L. S. Mich., "The only first-class hotel in the city." Light wear to the spine ends, and light wear to the front and rear cover extremities, else a very good copy.
