Printed wrappers, 2 pp., cloth spine. A proposal that land offices be established in the Sterling District in the State of Colorado on a more local and convenient basis. Currently located in Denver which is approximately 130 miles away from the Sterling area and the time, travel, and expense to file claims is un-timely as the area is located on the Union Pcific Railroad line and the area is settling quickly and the travel distance and expense is somewhat prohibitive.
